For Ehsaas Rashan Web Portal Registration
To enroll in the Ehsaas Rashan Program, you are required to complete the online registration process via the dedicated web portal. The registration can be done by submitting an online application through the portal. You will need your ID card and phone number, which are registered with the Benazir Income Support Program office, to check your eligibility. Alternatively, you can also send your ID card number to 8123 via message to verify eligibility.

The deadline for Ehsaas Rashan program registration is September 1. After completing the registration process, you will receive confirmation messages on your provided mobile phone number.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Ehsaas Rashan program, you must meet specific government-defined criteria. This includes belonging to a deserving and financially challenged family. Chaudhry Parvez Elahi, former Chief Minister of Punjab, launched the Ehsaas Rashan Program under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan. The program is aimed at aiding the needy and economically disadvantaged individuals.
The registration process for the Ehsaas Rashan Program has been simplified to ensure accessibility for all. Registration can be completed easily, even while purchasing Rashan from local stores.
Participants receive a 40% subsidy on four essential commodities: flour, oil, pulses, and cooking oil. The subsidy resumed on August 17, benefiting those in need.
Independence Day Rashan Discount – August 17
Former Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif announced a special Rashan discount in celebration of Independence Day, which is now in effect as of August 17. The program provides a significant discount on basic essentials, including flour, oil, ghee, sugar, and pulses.
To be eligible, register with your ID card number 8123 and receive a confirmation message.
For further inquiries about your eligibility and poverty score, visit the Rashan portal and input your ID card number to check your score. If your poverty score is less than 40, you qualify for Rashan assistance.
