ناشونوما پروگرام کی اہلیت کا معیار:

ناشونوما پروگرام میں مستفید ہونے والوں کی شمولیت کے لیے اہلیت کے معیارات درج ذیل ہوں گے:

کفالت پروگرام کے تحت غیر مشروط نقد رقم کی منتقلی حاصل کرنے والے فعال BISP مستفیدین

پاکستان کے کسی بھی ضلع میں رہتا ہو۔

یہ لازمی ہے کہ ناشونوما کے تحت رجسٹریشن کے لیے اہل افراد ان تین زمروں میں سے کسی ایک میں ہوں، یعنی حاملہ اور دودھ پلانے والی عورت (PLW) یا خاندان میں 6 سے 23 ماہ کی عمر کا بچہ۔

ناشونوما پروگرام میں اندراج اور تعمیل کا طریقہ کار:

تمام اہل استفادہ کنندگان کو ناشونوما پروگرام میں اندراج کے مقصد کے لیے قریبی ناشونوما سہولت مرکز (FC) کا دورہ کرنا ہوگا۔

پروگرام میں فائدہ اٹھانے والے کی رجسٹریشن/انرولمنٹ کے وقت درج ذیل تصدیقات درکار ہیں:

اہلیت کی تصدیق کے بعد، ہدف کی آبادی درج ذیل حیثیت کی تصدیق کے لیے ڈاکٹر کے پاس جائے گی: –

حاملہ خواتین – حمل کے ٹیسٹ کے نتائج/ تصدیقی رپورٹ اور ویکسینیشن کا EPI کارڈ (دوسری سہ ماہی میں ٹی ٹی ویکسینیشن)

دودھ پلانے والی ماں – نوزائیدہ / شیر خوار بچے کا بی فارم اور ویکسینیشن کے ثبوت کے لیے EPI کارڈ۔

6 سے 23 ماہ کے بچے – ویکسینیشن کے ثبوت کے لیے B–فارم اور EPI کارڈ۔

حمل، دودھ پلانے والے اور بچوں (0-23 ماہ) کی عدم تصدیق کی صورت میں، ہدف کی آبادی کو مداخلت کے لیے غیر اہلیت کی حیثیت کو نشان زد کرنے کے لیے رجسٹریشن کاؤنٹر پر بھیجا جائے گا۔

تعمیل کا طریقہ کار:

غذائیت اور پی ایچ سی خدمات کے حصول کو تیز کرنے کے لیے، نقد رقم کی منتقلی کے ایک متفقہ حصے کی منتقلی کو PLW اور/یا امدادی گھرانوں میں بچوں کے ذریعہ فراہم کردہ خصوصی غذائیت والے کھانوں کے کم از کم 90 فیصد کے استعمال اور اس کی تعمیل کے لیے مشروط کیا جائے گا۔ اے این سی، پی این سی، اور معمول کے حفاظتی ٹیکے۔ چونکہ BISP سہ ماہی بنیادوں پر رقوم کی منتقلی کرتا ہے، تعمیل کی نگرانی اور رپورٹنگ کو بھی منتقلی کے شیڈول کے ساتھ ہم آہنگ کیا جائے گا تاکہ نقد کی منتقلی میں غیر ضروری تاخیر سے بچا جا سکے۔ تقسیم شدہ SNF کی مقدار ذیل میں بیان کی گئی ہے:

PLW – کو SNF – Maamta (75 گرام ساشے – ایک دن میں) فراہم کیا جائے گا

6 سے 23 ماہ کے بچے کو SNF – واوامم (50 گرام سیشے) فراہم کیا جائے گا۔

PLW اور 6 سے 23 ماہ کے بچوں کے لیے مقرر کردہ سہ ماہی شرائط کی تعمیل کی تصدیق کے بعد فائدہ اٹھانے والوں کو ادائیگی فوری طور پر عمل میں لائی جائے گی۔ یہ شرط جڑواں اور تین بچوں پر بھی لاگو ہوگی اور PKR 2000/2500 کو ایسے کیسز کے لیے مشروط تعمیل کی رقم سمجھا جائے گا۔

PKR 2,000 (PLW اور ناشونوما پروگرام میں رجسٹرڈ مرد بچے کے لیے) اور Nashonuma پروگرام میں ایک چوتھائی سے زیادہ رجسٹرڈ لڑکی کے لیے PKR 2,500 کو روک دیا جائے گا اور اسے SNF کی کھپت اور پی ایچ سی کی ضروری حفاظتی خدمات کے استعمال سے منسلک کیا جائے گا۔ ، اے این سی اور پی این سی۔ فراہم کردہ SNF اور دیگر متعلقہ خدمات کے کم از کم 90% کی کھپت کی توثیق کر کے تعمیل کی تصدیق کرنے پر یہ رقم مستفید ہونے والوں کو منتقل کر دی جائے گی۔
