Benazir Income Support Program Registration via NSER Survey
The NSER survey was conducted in 2011 as part of this welfare program. During this survey, information from 9 million families was collected. In 2011, NSER survey representatives visited households to gather information from respondents. Data collected from the survey was compiled into a database by NSER officials and NADRA.
However, Shazia Murree, the current chairperson of BISP, has made a decision to incorporate new data into the NSER survey. This decision has been made to accommodate new families who might qualify for the program due to the rising inflation. If you wish to enroll in the Benazir Income Support Program, you can visit the nearest Benazir office. The Benazir office utilizes the Dynamics Survey to register for NSER, which serves as a guideline for the registration process. At the Benazir office, an NAER agent will collect details about your household. The NSER staff at the observation office will pose specific questions to you, to which you should respond accordingly.
To accommodate the high demand on weekdays, the Benazir Income Support Program has allocated Saturdays for registration at the Benazir office, specifically for individuals with special needs, disabilities, and the elderly.

- Genuine National Identity Card (CNIC)
- Bey-form for your children
- Death certificate of your husband if you are widowed
- Disability certificate (if applicable)
Eligibility Criteria
This program is not open to all Pakistanis. To ensure that the program benefits those who are genuinely in need, specific eligibility criteria have been established. The following individuals are eligible to join the program:
- Individuals with a monthly income less than 30,000 rupees
- Widows
- Individuals who have not traveled by air
- Those without a passport
- People without property in their name
- Families of government employees are excluded
- Poor women with school- or college-going children

The Benazir Income Support Program has commenced disbursing the quarterly installment payment of 9,000 rupees for the March to June period. This initiative by the Pakistani government aims to bring joy to those in need and deserving during the Eid festivities. To complete the registration:

- Click the “Know” button.
- You will receive immediate information about your household’s eligibility.
If you do not receive a response through the portal, visit your nearest Benazir office to re-register.
