(Computerized National Identity Card). Enter your 13-digit CNIC number on the government website, and it will inform you of your program status. You can also use SMS by sending your CNIC number to 8171 to receive eligibility confirmation within 24 hours.

The purpose of launching BISP 8171 is to improve the living conditions of deserving and impoverished people in Pakistan. This program offers financial assistance to eligible individuals every month to meet their basic needs.

Eligibility criteria

for the program include Pakistani citizenship, falling within the poverty score of less than 30%, a monthly income below 30,000, no government job in the family, no family member residing abroad, no other country’s visa, land area less than two acres, no passport, and no personal business.
